Return Policy
For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings, except in the case of damaged or defective items (see below). Please be careful when choosing your products, reading and reviewing all product listings and your shopping cart before completing your order.
Damages and issues
We want you to be completely satisfied with your lovely pair of earrings. Please look carefully at your earrings when you get them and contact us if the item is damaged, defective, or the incorrect product. We want to make the issue right as soon as possible. Refunds and replacements
If there is something wrong with your item(s), we will provide either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Sometimes it can take a few days for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, so be aware of that.
